Jamaican Cherry Cake Recipe

1 cup brown sugar
9 Egg yolks
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1 cup deseeded Jamaican cherries
cup granulated sugar
cup vanilla essence
In a saucepan, pour milk, Heavy cream and vanilla essence and brig to boil.
Preheat the oven to 100C then in a large bowl, mix the egg yolks and the 
sugar with a wooden spoon.
Slowly add the milk and cream mixture with the cherries into a pasta plate.
Strain the preparation and pour over the cherries 1" to 1.5" thick.
Place in the preheated oven and cook for aprox. 45 minutes.
