Jamaican Cake Recipe
cup sugar
1 cup cracker crumbs
cup butter melted
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup Jamaican fruits
cup creamed cheese
2 cups milk
pack instant lemon pudding
1.      Mix sugar; crumbs, and butter.
2.      Bake as for crumb crust.
3.      Mix cream cheese until smooth.
4.      Gradually blend in cup milk until smooth and creamy.
5.      Add remaining milk and pudding mix.
6.      Beat slowly with egg beater for 1 minute.
7.      Do not overbeat.
8.      Pour into cooled crust and chill
