Jamaican Sweet Potato and Pork Recipe

Jamaican Sweet Potato and Jamaican Pork Casserole Recipe
This is a tasty Jamaican recipe as Jamaicans love pork.
6 lean Jamaican pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick 
Jamaican salt and pepper 
3 to 4 Jamaican sweet potatoes, uncooked, peeled and cut in half lengthwise 
2 medium Jamaican onions, thinly sliced 
1 can (6 ounces) orange juice concentrate 
1/2 cup brown sugar 
A dash Jamaican cinnamon 
2 whole Jamaican cloves
Season Jamaican pork chops with salt and pepper and brown lightly in a large skillet. 
Place Jamaican pork chops in a baking dish 
Place Jamaican sweet potatoes around pork chops. 
Cover with Jamaican onion slices and Jamaican orange juice then sprinkle with salt.
Stud the Jamaican pork with the Jamaican cloves and sprinkle with the Jamaican cinnamon. 
Cover and bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes, until Jamaican pork chops and Jamaican sweet potatoes are tender.
