Jamaican Sweet Potato and Mango Chutney Recipe
 
INGREDIENTS
4 Jamaican sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and cut into cubes
1 cup chopped Jamaican apples
1 cup sliced celery
cup raisins 
Dressing 
cup mayonnaise
4 tsp. Jamaican curry powder
4 tsp. Jamaican lemon juice
1/4 c. Jamaican Mango Chutney Recipe II
2 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained & crumbled 
 
PREPARATION
1.         Pour dressing over Jamaican potato mixture. Toss gently to mix and coat.
2.         Cover and chill at least 1 hour for flavor to develop.
3.         Sprinkle with bacon just before serving
