Jamaican Roasted Chicken And Mango Pasta Recipe
 
INGREDIENTS
1 cups cream
tsp salt and pepper.
1 cup Jamaican mango chunks
1 package elbow noodles
cup chopped Jamaican onions
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, roasted and sliced
2 tbsp. butter
 
PREPARATION
1. Cook noodles according to package and drain.
2. Simmer cream for 4 minutes. Add chicken, Jamaican mangos, Jamaican onions and butter. Continue simmering for 2 minutes more.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over pasta and serve
