Jamaican Pork and Mango Chutney Recipe
A great recipe that can be used with Jamaican pork and Jamaican mango chutney recipe. 
 
INGREDIENTS
Prepared Jamaican Mango Chutney Recipe I
1 pound of Jamaican pork chops
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 cup Jamaican wine
 
PREPARATION 
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the Jamaican pork chops and cook them in the hot oil.
2. Turn the Jamaican pork chops and continue cooking until done.
3. Take out the Jamaican pork chops and put on a large plate; pour off the grease from the pan.
4. Deglaze the pan with the Jamaican wine and reduce until half of the volume. Pour sauce over the Jamaican chops and spread with Jamaican mango chutney.
