Jamaican Orange Liquor and Mango Sauce
 
INGREDIENTS
2 Jamaican mangos, chopped
2 tbsp. Jamaican orange liqueur
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. water
 
PREPARATION
1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water.
2. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. In food processor or blender, process sugar syrup, Jamaican mangos and liqueur until smooth. Transfer to covered container and refrigerate up to 3 days.
3. Serve over ice cream or sorbet.
