Jamaican Mango Chutney Recipe II
A popular traditional Jamaican mango chutney recipe.
 
INGREDIENTS
6 firm Jamaican mangoes peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup Jamaican cider vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons minced Jamaican garlic
1 Jamaican ginger peeled and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Jamaica black pepper 
 
PREPARATION
1. In a large skillet bring all the ingredients to boil, over medium heat.
2. Reduce the heat to low, simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring constantly from sticking to the bottom of the skillet.
3. Remove from heat and let the Jamaican mango chutney cool before serving.
