Jamaican Honey and Mango Salad Recipe

Jamaican Honey and Mango Sauce Recipe
1 tsp. grated Jamaican lemon peel
cup Jamaican honey
tsp. grated Jamaican ginger
cup Jamaican lemon juice
tsp. ground Jamaican allspice
tsp. ground Jamaican cloves
tsp. salt
2 cups Jamaican mangos, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp. minced Jamaican onion
Jamaican pepper to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
2. Reduce heat and simmer until Jamaican mangos are completely cooked, about 15 minutes. Puree mixture then return to saucepan and simmer 5 minutes.
3. Serve with a Jamaican chicken recipe.
