Jamaican Guava and Mango Chutney Recipe

3 Jamaican guavas, peeled and chopped.
3 large Jamaican mangoes chopped
1 Jamaican green pepper, diced
2 large Jamaican onions, chopped
2 Jamaican garlic cloves diced
Jamaican ginger root, peeled & chopped fine
3 cups brown Jamaican sugar
2 cups. Jamaican cider vinegar
cup raisins 
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large kettle and bring to a boil and boil very slowly about 3 hours, stirring frequently and watching closely to prevent burning.
2. Put boiling hot into freshly sterilized hot jars, sealing with paraffin if they are not canning jars
