Jamaican Ginger and Mango Dessert Recipe
1 package Jamaican gingerbread cake & cookie mix
1 tbsp. flour
cup hot water
tsp. Jamaican cinnamon
2 cups Jamaican mangos, sliced
2 cups whipping cream
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1. Grease a pan and mix gingerbread mix, hot water, flour and butter until dough forms.
2. Press into pan and bake at 375' for 10-13 minutes.
3. Allow to cool 10 minutes then arrange Jamaican mangos in single layer over crust. Beat whipping cream and Jamaican cinnamon until soft peaks form. Spread over Jamaican mangos.
4. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
