Jamaican Frozen Mango Yogurt Recipe
1 egg, separated
2 cups unflavored yogurt
2 medium Jamaican mangos
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. chopped fresh Jamaican ginger
2-3 tbsp. Jamaican honey
pinch of Jamaican cream of tartar
pinch of salt
1. Peel and chop Jamaican mango fruit.
2. Puree with Jamaican honey and Jamaican ginger in blender. 
3. Bring puree to boil in small saucepan. Gradually whisk in beaten egg yolk, then set aside to cool.
4. Beat egg whites with salt and Jamaican cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar until stiff peaks form. Stir yogurt into Jamaican mango mixture then fold in egg whites.
5. Spoon into a shallow metal pan and freeze until firm, stirring occasionally
