INGREDIENTS
1 pie shell
1 small box apricot jello
2 cups diced Jamaican mango
2 cups whipped cream
 
PREPARATION
1. Mix whipped cream with dry jello.
2. Add Jamaican mango and mix well. Spread in pie shell.
3. Refrigerate 1 hour until set
