Jamaican Coconut Shrimp in Beer Recipe.
6 oz. Jamaican Red Stripe Beer
5 eggs
1c. milk
2  flour
1 jar Jamaican orange marmalade
16 lg. shrimp (without shells)
8 oz. shredded Jamaican coconut
1. Mix all ingredients for eggs, milk, flour and Red stripe beer Jamaican beer batter.
2. Double dip the large shrimp in the beer batter then in the shredded Jamaican coconut.
3. Deep fry until golden brown. 
Serve the coconut shrimp recipe with the Jamaican orange marmalade
