Jamaican Chicken and Mango Chutney Recipe
A delicious mixture of Jamaican chicken and Jamaican mango to create the perfect meat and mango chutney recipe.
6 tbsp. sweet butter
2 tbsp. Jamaican curry powder
cup Jamaican white wine
2 chickens cut in quarters
1 cup Jamaican mango chutney recipe II
2 tbsp. shredded Jamaican coconut
1 minced Jamaican garlic 
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter, add Jamaican curry powder and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add wine and stir; remove from heat.
2. Place chicken in pan and baste with butter mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Spread Jamaican mango chutney over chicken pieces and bake 30 minutes longer, basting frequently.
3. Remove chicken to serving platter. Keep warm. Reduce juice by boiling 3 to 4 minutes. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with Jamaican coconut and minced Jamaican garlic.
