Jamaican Chicken and Coconut Shrimp Recipe

Jamaican Coconut Shrimp and Chicken Recipe
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 cloves Jamaican garlic, minced
1 small Jamaican onion, sliced
1 med. Jamaican tomato, sliced
lb. raw shrimp
cup shredded cooked Jamaican chicken
2 cup shredded young Jamaican coconut
1 cup sliced celery
2 cup bean sprouts
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
tsp. Jamaican black pepper 
1. Shell and de-vein shrimp and slice lengthwise. Heat oil; saute Jamaican garlic until brown. Stir in Jamaican onion and Jamaican tomato. Next add shrimp and chicken. 
2. Cook for 3 minutes. Add shredded Jamaican coconut and celery, cook for 2 minutes.
3. Then add bean sprouts, broth, and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot
