A great Jamaican banana bread recipe with Mango and orange.

Jamaican Banana and Mango Bread Recipe
1 cup ripe Jamaican bananas, mashed
1 cup ripe Jamaican mango, finely diced
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. Jamaican orange juice
1 tsp. Jamaican cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
cup all purpose flour
tsp. salt
cup butter or margarine
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tsp. double acting baking powder
cup Jamaican brown sugar, loosely packed
1. Preheat oven to 350'F. Butter loaf pan. Combine flour and other dry ingredients.
2. Cream together butter and sugar, adding vanilla and eggs. Mix well and gradually fold in
flour mixture.
3. Drizzle Jamaican mango with Jamaican orange juice and add with Jamaican bananas to
bread mixture.
4. After thoroughly combining, pour into pan and place in oven for approx. 1 hour.
