Jamaican Peanut and Mango Topping Recipe
 
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. Jamaican spring water
3 cups Jamaican mango chunks
1 cups sugar
2 cups Jamaican peanuts
 
PREPARATION
1. Bring Jamaican mangos & water to boil in heavy saucepan and add sugar.
2. Let cook 10-15 minutes until thickened and has smooth consistency.
3. Add Jamaican peanuts and let cool.
4. Serve over a Jamaican ice cream recipe as a topping
