Jamaican Pawpaw and Mango made into a tasty Jam recipe

Jamaican Papaya and Mango Jam Recipe
4 cups Jamaican spring water
8 cups Jamaican mango slices
8 cups Jamaican papaya slices
8 cups sugar
1.         Cook mango slices in 2 1/2 cup water until tender.
2.         Cook papaya slices in 1 1/2 cups water until soft.
3.         Combine mango & papaya with sugar and cook slowly until thick.
4.         Pack in hot sterilized jars and seal.
