A great Tasting Jamaican Mango Recipe

Jamaican Mango Sorbet Recipe II
cup water
cup sugar
2 cups Jamaican mango puree
2 tbsp. Jamaican lemon juice
1. Combine water and sugar in small saucepan. Bring to boil, shaking pan gently
until sugar is dissolved.
2. Boil for 1 minute then transfer to medium bowl and let cool completely.
3. Add Jamaican mango puree and Jamaican lemon juice and mix well.
Force through a fine sieve.
4. Freeze in ice cream maker or a large container.
