Jamaican Mango Mousse Recipe
 
INGREDIENTS
1 cups chopped ripe Jamaican mangoes
cup Jamaican orange juice
1 tbsp. Jamaican lemon juice
cup confectioners' sugar
A dash of salt
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
5 Jamaican mango slices for garnish 
 
PREPARATION
1. Put chopped Jamaican mangoes, Jamaican orange and Jamaican lemon juices, sugar, and
salt in blender.
2. Process until mixture is smooth. Fold Jamaican mango puree mixture into the whipped
cream and pour into individual serving dishes.
3. Garnish with sliced mangoes.
