Jamaican Mango Crisp Recipe
 
INGREDIENTS
5 cups ripe Jamaican mangoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1  teaspoons Jamaican cinnamon
teaspoon Jamaican nutmeg
1 tbsp. Jamaican lemon juice
cup softened butter
cup brown sugar, packed
cup flour
 
PREPARATION
1. Mix sliced Jamaican mangoes with 1 teaspoon of the Jamaican cinnamon, the Jamaican
nutmeg and Jamaican lemon juice. Place in a buttered glass baking dish and set aside.
2. Combine butter and brown sugar until well blended. Cut in flour and the remaining
teaspoon of Jamaican cinnamon. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle the topping evenly over Jamaican
mango slices. 
3. Bake in a oven for 15 20 minutes at 350 degrees then serve warm or cold, with whipped
topping or ice cream.
