Jamaican Mango Crisp Recipe II
1 cup flour
3 large Jamaican mangos, peeled and sliced
cup sugar
8 tbsp. margarine or butter
Jamaican cinnamon to taste
1. Place sliced Jamaican mangos in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix all ingredients together and crumble over Jamaican mangos.
2. Bake at 400'F for 45 minutes, until golden brown.
