Free Jamaican Recipe
A mutton recipe where the taste has been heightened by the coconut.
Ingredients
5 cups boneless mutton cooked 
tsp salt
tsp black pepper 
3 cups vegetable oil 
4 tbs. butter 
1 garlic clove chopped
cup sweet pepper diced
4 stalks escallion chopped 
4 small coconuts
 
Preparation 
1. Drain water from coconuts and open leaving meat inside.
2. Saute mutton with seasonings until light brown. 
3. Remove and place in coconut shells evenly and tie to cover
4. Place shells in 1 inch high water in basting pan and bake at 375 Degress for 40 minutes
5. Remove allow to cool and serve.
