Baked Pimento Cheese Recipe
1 cups uncooked white rice
1 tsp. salt
tsp. black pepper
cup diced Jamaican green pepper
3 cups water
1 cups evaporated milk
tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Jamaican steak sauce
2 cups grated cheese
2 whole canned Jamaican pimentos, chopped 
1. Put rice, salt, pepper, Jamaican green pepper and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
2. Turn heat low; cover and leave 14 minutes. Remove from heat but leave lid on. While rice and Jamaican green pepper cook, put milk, teaspoon salt, mustard, and Jamaican steak sauce in pan.
3. Heat 2 minutes; do not boil. Stir in cheese; cook stirring until cheese melts. After rice cooks, stir in Jamaican pimento. Spread rice over well greased shallow pan or baking serving dish. Pour cheese sauce over rice.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If made ahead of time, store in refrigerator covered; then pour about cup milk down through the rice.
